While staying as a guest at the Ocean Reef Resort, make sure to add the following to you must do list:

1.  The Track Family Recreation Center.

Myrtle Beach is home to a brand-new thrill park.  The Track is located on Restaurant Row, only a few miles north of Ocean Reef, and offers a wide variety of go-kart racing and arcade games.

Some of the features are state-of-the-art electric go-karts that provide all the speed and power of their gas-guzzling cousins without the fumes. The Track also offers a 6,000-square-foot arcade that is climate controlled and filled with the latest in carnival-style and video games. Patrons can purchase passes that are good for rides on the go-kart tracks, and the games in the arcade range from classics like Skee-Ball and Pop-a-Shot to the newest in high-technology and virtual-reality games.

2.  Rockin’ Jump Trampoline Park

Inviting all visitors and locals alike a venue where they can literally bounce off the walls and floors even when the weather doesn't cooperate with outdoor plans, Rockin' Jump is Myrtle Beach's first trampoline park that provides plenty of space for children to burn off some energy under one very large roof.

Featuring more than 23,000 square feet of wall-to-wall fun, Rockin' Jump is the ultimate indoor playground kids to get active in any kind of weather and have a good time in a unique gymnastics setting. Various types of play areas can keep the little ones entertained for hours, providing a safe venue for them to take part in all the games normally reserved for the outdoors, such as dodge ball, basketball, and general jumping around.

3. Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery

A popular restaurant that was located at Broadway at the Beach moved to a bigger more unique location.  Located just across from Broadway at the Beach on 21st Avenue North, boasting over 7,500 square foot, stand-alone location beside The Mellow Mushroom. The change of scenery has provided more room to roam in the popular sports bar/restaurant location.

The casual atmosphere allows patrons to relax and mingle while playing games and feasting on Scottish-themed dishes and a wide selection of beers and mixed drinks. More than 40 draft beers are available on tap, as well as countless microbrews, domestics and imports in bottles and pints.

Among these 3 things, Myrtle Beach is also adding Paula Deen’s Kitchen, offering true southern cuisine, Hard Rock Café, 10 new shops at The Market Common and so much more.  So, as a guest here at Ocean Reef Resort, the options are endless, start planning your 2017 vacation today.
