The good times get even wetter and wilder at Ocean Reef Resort in 2012.

Already known for having one of the best indoor/outdoor pool decks on the Grand Strand, Ocean Reef adds to the thrills and spills with a new waterslide that is sure to inject some adreneline into your summer fun.

Standing high above the Ocean Reef's "Cancun Lagoon", an outdoor water park in the horseshoe-shaped area formed by the high-rise building, the new waterslide weaves its way through the tiki statues and waterfalls.

Riders get to experience a total eclipse as they twist through the pipes before making a big splash down at the bottom of the three-story slide, then begin the trek back to the top to experience the thrill ride one more time.

The new waterslide is the latest addition to the Ocean Reef's already happening acquatic facilities. Along with the Cancun Lagoon water park, where young children can splash and play in knee-deep water, Ocean Reef has you covered rain or shine.

Inside on the ground floor is a tropical paradise, featuring a lazy river, kid's water playground, hot tubs and a pool with a basketball goal where guests can spend their rainy days at play.

Outside is one of the largest oceanfront pool decks on the Grand Strand, complete with a beachfront tiki bar. Guests have easy access to the beach or pool, making for some great days in the sun.

And soon visitors will also have the waterslide at Cancun Lagoon to help keep them wet and entertained.
