The restaurant, which boasts nearly 150 locations nationwide, has taken over the “free-spirited space” previously occupied by Broadway Louie’s.

Salad options at Bar Louie include the Quinoa Chop with field greens, quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radish, pickled onion, spiced chickpeas and more, all topped with crumbled queso fresco and a house-made lemon vinaigrette; the Charred Lemon Caesar with romaine, classic Caesar dressing, pretzel crumbs and parmesan; the BBQ Ranch with cherry tomatoes, applewood smoked bacon, avocado, tortilla strips and a house-made bbq ranch; and the Blue Wedge featuring a wedge of iceberg lettuce topped with crumbled blue cheese, applewood smoked bacon, pepperocinis, cherry tomatoes, picked onion and a smoked onion ranch.
Among the kicked-up burger choices found on the Bar Louie menu are the Bourbon BBQ with USDA choice beef, white cheddar, cream cheese, applewood smoked bacon, crispy onion strings and a house-made bourbon bbq sauce; the All-Nighter with USDA choice beef, an egg cooked sunny-side up, white cheddar, garlic aioli and house-made spicy candied bacon; the Gastroburger with USDA choice beef, shaved sirloin, caramelized onions, white cheddar, garlic aioli and queso; and the Six Napkins burger with two USDA choice beef slider patties that are smashed and grilled with yellow mustard, then topped with caramelized onions, double white cheddar, pickles and Louie sauce.
