The JEM Story
JEM Social Cocktails & Kitchen opened in August 2022. The draw: creative cocktails and fine traditional American fare. JEM is the place to be for date night, a girls’ night out, or a spot to meet friends for dinner and drinks.
It’s not a place for lots of TVs and bright lights. It IS a social spot ideal for unwinding with a special someone or friends. Choose from more than 50 classic cocktails, including 12 revolving specialty drinks. They craft everything in-house, including flavorings, garnishes, and mixers.
Fresh ingredients make well-balanced drinks — and happy guests. An extensive lineup of beer and wine gives you lots of choices, too.
The Jem Menu
Ever had Curry Wurst? It’s an artisan sausage with curry ketchup and mustard slaw, and it’s a highlight of the appetizer selections. If you go green, try the Rustic Garden Salad with herb-buttermilk dressing.
JEM’s Tempura Fish Tacos are every bit gourmet. Indulge in cod on a flour tortilla, with Napa slaw, cilantro jalapeno crema, and more. Order charcuterie with cured meats and cheeses, fig rosemary jam, and grilled crostini.
The Grilled Double Bone-In Pork Chop is a centerpiece main dish. It features chili butter, roasted garlic mash, and seasonal vegetables.

- AVIATION: For your sense of adventure. Gin, Luxardo Maraschino, Crème De Viollette, and lemon.
- FRENCH 75: Made with gin, lemon, bar syrup, and Brute Spumante.
- KEY LIME MIMOSA: A fitting nightcap. It’s Licor 43, lime, Brut Spumante, and condensed milk stock.
- READY TO BRAMBLE: Featuring bourbon, blackberries, lemon, honey, mint, and Angostura.
- TEQUILA SUNRISE: So nostalgic. It’s tequila, pomegranate cordial, and pineapple foam.
- VESPER: It’s a complex cocktail of gin, vodka, Lillet Blanc, and Regan’s #4 Bitters.
